A quarter of our output leaves the country. We run the whole project remotely: we post samples to your home, confirm the technical drawings and deliver packed for international freight.
How we work with clients in Europe

The conversation and photos
You send photos of the space and the dimensions of the table or room. We agree the model and the budget over WhatsApp or by email.
- 02
A sample set by courier
We post fabric and wood finish samples to your address. You see them in your own light, not in a retouched photograph. The cost of the samples is deducted from the order.
- 03
Drawings and confirmation
You receive drawings with exact dimensions and a render. Nothing enters production before you confirm in writing.
- 04
Production, packing, freight
Every piece is packed individually in double-wall cardboard with corner protection. We ship by courier or on pallets depending on volume, with a tracking number.

Questions about orders from abroad
How do I pay if I am in Italy or France?
By international bank transfer (SEPA) or by card. We work with a 50% deposit when the order starts and the balance before dispatch. You receive an invoice for each payment.
Who pays customs duty?
Moldova has a free trade agreement with the European Union, so furniture made here is not subject to customs duty on entry into the EU. We prepare the certificates of origin.
What if the goods are damaged in transit?
Every shipment is insured. If a piece arrives damaged, send us photographs within 48 hours and we replace or repair it at our own cost.
Can I order if I do not speak Romanian?
Yes. We work in Romanian, Russian, English and Italian. All technical documents are sent in the language you choose.
How much does shipping cost?
For a set of 6–8 chairs to Italy or Romania, shipping is generally between 250 and 450 euro. The exact cost appears in the quote, before you pay the deposit.
